Job Summary:

The Architecture Designer is responsible for developing creative and functional architectural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and client requirements. They work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to create aesthetic, sustainable, and efficient buildings or spaces. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, design software, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to gather project requirements and objectives.
• Create innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Develop and refine architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and sections using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Ensure that designs adhere to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Project Coordination:
• Work with project teams to manage design processes from conceptualization to completion.
• Communicate design ideas through detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D models.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between designs and actual construction progress.
• Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design vision and objectives.
• Technical Documentation:
• Prepare and update architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Provide technical support to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and local regulations.
• Sustainability & Innovation:
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, such as energy efficiency, materials reuse, and green building technologies.
• Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and materials to improve design processes and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Experience:
• Bright and energetic young Design Architects with 5+ years of experience who are

  looking to work on International projects and Interested to work in Japan.

• Proven experience with architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.).
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Key Skills:
• Strong creative and technical design abilities.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in interior design or landscape architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable building certifications (e.g., LEED).

• Working for International clients and travelling opportunities for long term(Min 3 years)
