Job role : Architect
B.Arch Candidate with minimum 12 to 15 years experience is must.
Job Location : Alibag, Maharashtra
Hospital Building Projects Exp Must - 3-4 years experience
Key Responsibilities: ∙Lead architectural design for EPC Design & Build projects in compliance with Government Standards, Tender Specification, DBR, NBC and other necessary code and practice and standards. ∙Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Planning Teams to ensure integrated project delivery. ∙Review and approve Architectural Plans, Sections and Elevation and specifications, and construction documentation. ∙Liaise with Consultant and Government Authorities for Approvals and Statutory Compliance. ∙Ensure alignment with project schedules, cost, and quality targets.
Required Skills: ∙Strong knowledge of EPC Design & Build methodologies. ∙Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Suite. ∙Knowledge of National and International Building Codes. ∙Excellent Design, Visualization, and Presentation Skills. ∙Proven experience in Cost Estimation and Value Engineering.
