Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing mid/large-size Architectural projects, managing multiple priorities, and achieving high standards. Your role will involve creating presentation drawings, preparation of various types of drawings, managing project deliverables within cost and timelines, coordinating with design teams, developing design proposals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, creating detailed architectural drawings, staying updated on industry trends, managing construction projects, and incorporating sustainable practices into designs. Your expertise in Group Housing, hospitality, mix land use, commercial-large scale projects, and knowledge of the latest building Faade and material specifications will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Create presentation drawings and approval drawings, and identify project needs - Prepare Concept/Submission/Tender/Working drawings - Manage deliverables within cost and timelines - Coordinate with MEP & Structural design teams - Develop and present design proposals to clients - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project success - Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate sustainable practices into designs - Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion - Have good knowledge of the latest building Faade and material specifications - Be well-versed in Group Housing, hospitality, mix land use, commercial-large scale projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture - Good command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software - 4-7 years of experience as a Project Architect or Sr. Architect in large scale projects - Experience in Group housing projects/commercial/Hospitality(Hotels) - Candidates from Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred Please share your resume and portfolio at hr@modarchindia.com if you are interested in this position.,
