Role & responsibilities

Architect Planner, Prepare Drawings, Blueprints, specifications and construction documents.

Coordination with Marketing, Sales Team & Consultant

Assist in handling renovation of old projects or redevelopment Scheme.

Work closely with Project Team & Senior Architect

Supervising their construction to ensure architectural structured is followed

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in architecture or a related field.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
