Architect Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Microsoft's AI Business Solutions Consulting Practice as a Manager for EMEA/Asia, where you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver technical excellence in AI solutions, driving customer business outcomes, and providing organizational and thought leadership. Your role will involve building and leading a high-performing consulting team, fostering a customer-centric culture, and driving outcomes across the AI Business Solutions portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Growth: Build and lead a high-performing architecture team, attract, develop, and retain talent, and cultivate an inclusive and collaborative team culture. - Customer Focus: Foster strong stakeholder relationships, incorporate customer feedback, and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts. - Customer Transformation Ownership: Drive measurable value realization across the AI Business Solutions portfolio. - Executive Engagement: Influence CXO-level stakeholders, define success metrics, and proactively manage risks and trade-offs. - Program Oversight: Steer large-scale programs to ensure delivery excellence and business impact. - Technology Leadership: Maintain strong technical depth in AI Business Solutions, promote technical innovation, and align regional initiatives with global standards. - Presales Excellence: Guide solution shaping, estimation, and win strategies to craft compelling proposals aligned with customer needs. - Collaboration: Promote a One Team culture, ensure effective knowledge sharing, and enable a unified global approach to AI Business Solutions delivery. - Readiness & Innovation: Cultivate communities of practice, drive certification plans, and embed Responsible AI standards across engagements. - Thought Leadership: Define and communicate the strategic vision for the practice, represent the practice in executive forums, and provide insights into technology and industry trends. - Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and advocate for necessary corporate investments. Qualifications Required: - 20+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles across architecture and consulting. - Proven success in leading complex, multi-workload programs in data, analytics, and AI. - Demonstrated expertise in Azure Data & AI services, modern integration patterns, and governance capabilities. - Experience in developing and scaling reusable IP, reference architecture, and automation frameworks. Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure AI Engineer, DP-203, DevOps Expert, TOGAF, or equivalent. - Proven track record in landing Data & AI transformation initiatives.,
