Architect

Job Summary:

Lax Air Group of Companies is looking for a highly experienced and creative Architect to lead the design and execution of our ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, real estate, and hospital infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in end-to-end architectural project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design for diverse projects.
• Prepare drawings, working plans, and construction documents aligned with client requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, MGPS, and hospital consultants for seamless integration of services.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure execution on-site is aligned with architectural intent.
• Visit project sites regularly to oversee implementation, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure designs meet all DCR, NBC, and hospital-specific regulations (e.g., NABH norms).
• Mentor and guide junior architects, CAD operators, and design teams.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D renders, and mood boards for client approvals.
• Innovate with sustainable practices, material selection, and efficient space planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in real estate, residential, and hospital projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and design presentation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, DCR, NBC, and healthcare design norms.
• Strong project management, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,293.56 - ₹30,978.03 per month
