Role & responsibilities

Prepare project concepts, master layouts, floor plans, and elevations
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape consultants, and contractors
Prepare drawings and documentation for regulatory approvals
Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, FSI norms, and RERA guidelines
Conduct site visits to verify work execution as per drawings and quality standards
Guide material selection, specifications, and cost-effective solutions
Coordinate regularly with the developer team on project progress
Implement sustainable and innovative design solutions
Prepare tender drawings, working drawings, and BOQs
Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings
