Role Description

full-time on-site role

The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative design ideas for residential and commercial projects. The role includes preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, ensuring design accuracy, and maintaining the company’s design standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating meaningful spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in

  Architectural Design, Space Planning, and Concept Development

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other relevant design software

• Knowledge of

  building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes

• Excellent

  visualization, problem-solving, and presentation

  skills
• Ability to

  collaborate effectively

  with clients, engineers, and project teams
• Strong

  communication and documentation

  skills
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture (B.Arch)

  or equivalent

• Experience in residential or commercial projects

  is an added advantage
