Description of Project Service: Responsible for Design related issues
General Activities:
* Review and Comment on Designs submitted by Architect
* Coordinate with Client and Architect on Design related issues
* To coordinate with the appointed consultants the conceptual arrangement of declared design
of specific interiors, finishes and fixtures
* Reviewing Specification documents associated with interior works
* Advising the client on interior layout and selection of materials for interiors works
* Providing advice and suggestions to the client to improve the existing design and / or layout
* Coordination with client appointed architect for design changes
* Reviewing mock-ups and providing comparative reports
* Daily inspection of the interior finishes works and verification of quality / finish attainment
