Job Description

Position- Architect (Industrial & Logistics Park) Job Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai (Head Office) Education Criteria- Should have minimum 60% marks in SSC, HCS and B.Arch / Diploma Architecture Job Responsibilities- Managing design projects from concept development through completion. Design coordination with external consultants to integrate Architectural, Structural, PEB, MEP & Faade design. Design Coordination with internal teams Structure, MEP, Faade, Business, Leasing, Marketing and Liaison. Conduct weekly review meeting with all consultants to co-ordinate & resolve conflict area for fast driving project. Frequent site visits and meeting with site team to resolve all the queries at site. Timely management of Design deliverables as per project execution strategy. Industrial / Warehousing / Data Center Experience would be highly preferable Excellent technical drawing skills. Proficiency in software programs - AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and sketch up. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.(PMRDA, MIDC, UDCPR, EC, MPCB) Interested Candidate can share resume on below Email id or WhatsApp number.
