Architect II - Enterprise Solutions - Senior Technical Architect

As a Solution Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience, you will play a key role in architecting and designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end solutioning using architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and SOA. You will define and enforce architecture best practices, coding standards, and design principles to ensure optimal solution delivery. In addition, you will provide technical leadership in AWS/Azure cloud adoption, SaaS/PaaS architectures, and DevOps integration. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing infrastructure for cost, performance, and security, leveraging Cloud Governance and FinOps best practices. You will also drive cloud-native application development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing strategies. You will be accountable for defining and enforcing security best practices, API security standards, and compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR. Your role will involve ensuring integration of SIEM, SOAR, WAF, and enhanced access controls for improved security posture. Leading initiatives to enhance observability, performance monitoring, and system reliability will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will establish and enforce architecture governance, technical standards, and compliance frameworks. Conducting technical reviews, architecture assessments, and design validation for enterprise applications will also be part of your role. You will define reference architectures, reusable components, and automation strategies to drive efficiency in the solution delivery process. Collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams will be essential for providing architectural guidance. Mentoring development teams to ensure alignment with best practices and leading discussions on emerging technologies, R&D initiatives, and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations will be crucial aspects of your role. As a mentor, you will guide technical leads, developers, and junior architects. Conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions, internal workshops, and architecture reviews will be part of your responsibility. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization. In terms of required skills and qualifications, you must have 12 to 16 years of hands-on experience in software development, solution design, and technical leadership. Strong proficiency in Java and/or Node.js, along with expertise in Microservices, API design, and event-driven architectures, is essential. Extensive experience with AWS and/or Azure, including SaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is required. Proven experience in establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical reviews is a must. Strong understanding of cloud security, API security, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and compliance frameworks is essential. Expertise in SQL & NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and high-performance system design is also required. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide teams in implementing optimal solutions is crucial. Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory. Good-to-have skills include experience leveraging AI/ML for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation, understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies, knowledge of error budgets, automated incident management, and performance monitoring, experience designing multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and private cloud, and familiarity with low-code/no-code development tools to accelerate solution delivery.,
