Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PLM Functional Consultant (Minimum 9 Years Experience)

Location: Any UST India
Experience: Minimum 9 years in SAP S/4HANA PLM
Employment Type: Full Time.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 9 years of functional experience in SAP S/4HANA PLM.

  • Proven track record in implementing PLM solutions and building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and proposals.

• Functional Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of core PLM processes, including:

    • Ideation

    • New Product Development

    • BOM Design Process

    • Product Governance

    • Quality Management

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Material Master

    • Document Management

    • Engineering Change Management

    • Bill of Material (BOM) Maintenance

• SAP S/4HANA Proficiency:

  • Hands-on experience with Material Master, Document, and BOM processes in S/4HANA.

  • Integration of other PLM applications with SAP S/4HANA.

• Project Execution:

  • Conducted requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Ability to create comprehensive design documentation based on both technical and functional requirements.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or high-tech sectors.

• Exposure to integration tools or middleware connecting PLM systems with SAP.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management best practices and compliance standards.

• Willingness to learn emerging technologies and continually upgrade skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong collaborative working style.
