Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Architect with 2+ years of experience in real estate. This role requires expertise in feasibility studies, client coordination, and the ability to support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have experience in preparing offer letters for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Feasibility:

• Conduct and analyze

  feasibility

  studies for new real estate projects, ensuring project objectives are achievable within set budgets and timelines.
• Assess projects as per

  DCPR

  norms and provide guidance on permissible FSI, TDR potential, and other development regulations.

Client Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, addressing queries, and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client requirements are accurately incorporated into project designs.

Design and Planning:

• Assist in design development and ensure project compliance with regulatory standards, client specifications, and DCPR guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants to align project layouts with DCPR provisions and development rules.

Real Estate Project Management:

• Provide real estate insights and contribute to project planning based on industry trends, best practices, and statutory frameworks.

Offer Letter Preparation:

• Draft, review, and finalize offer letters, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

Liaison and Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage approvals from municipal and statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with local building codes, development control regulations (DCPR), and other applicable laws.
• Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), with knowledge of feasibility analysis and regulatory compliance (including DCPR).

Preferred Attributes:

• Real estate experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of DCPR, development norms, and approval processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with an eye for detail and commitment to quality.
