Job Description

Position: 2D/3D Architect / Architect Draftsman (2 Positions)

Location: Vaishali

Responsibilities

Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation
Assist with polished visual presentations and renderings
Ensure compliance with local building codes, client briefs, and project requirements
Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and stakeholders

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
Strong attention to detail and understanding of technical drawing standards
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Prior experience with residential and/or commercial projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
