Design Leadership: Lead the architectural design process for new franchise locations, ensuring alignment with Florian Hurel Hair Couture's brand identity and values.
Space Planning: Develop efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts that enhance client experience, optimize service flow, and adhere to brand standards.
Material & Finish Selection: Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings that reflect the brand's commitment to luxury and sustainability.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and on-budget project execution.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Brand Evolution: Continuously innovate and adapt designs to reflect evolving brand aesthetics and market trends.
