Architect, DPS Teamcenter

As a Consultant Teamcenter (Solution Architect) at Danfoss, you will be responsible for designing and implementing PLM solutions across global business segments. Your role will involve defining scalable, customized solutions using Teamcenter UA, AWC, and SAP integrations. Collaboration with architects and business teams will be crucial in driving digital transformation. Working from Danfoss LEED Platinum-rated Oragadam campus, you will be part of a hub of innovation and sustainability, contributing to the OnePLM journey through technical leadership and solution excellence. Your key responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, creating detailed solution proposals and specifications, configuring, customizing, and building Teamcenter solutions aligned with business processes, and collaborating with Business and Lead Architects to estimate, prototype, and implement solutions. You will also coordinate support activities, resolve complex technical issues, ensure data integrity, and provide corrective solutions when inconsistencies arise. Delivering high-quality documentation and metrics to support team performance, contributing to the design and development of scalable, sustainable PLM solutions, and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards to support the OnePLM journey will be part of your role. Promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the global PLM team will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Computer/IT, Electronics, or PLM Engineering, along with 12+ years of experience in Teamcenter UA with strong AWC and SAP integration expertise. Proficiency in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, AWC (AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3), BMIDE, and T4S is required. Deep domain knowledge in Teamcenter CAD, data migration, upgrades, and SAP integration, as well as a strong understanding of PLM modules like MPP, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Change Management, are essential. Your skills in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, and testing, along with excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills will be valuable. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment is a must, and experience with Dispatcher/Translator and infrastructure components is a plus.
