As a Software Architect at Consilio, you play a crucial role in shaping the technical vision for software projects, systems, or platforms. Your primary responsibility involves making intuitive, high-level decisions for enterprise software design and development, aligning them with business requirements. Here is a breakdown of your role: Responsibilities: - Shape the technical vision for software projects, systems, or platforms, including architecture, design, and development. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and develop or enhance company products, systems, or technical solutions. - Research and evaluate new technologies, languages, and design patterns. - Develop project scope based on stakeholder feedback, assess risks, challenges, and cost analysis. - Work closely with the Product team to evaluate new products and enhance existing applications. - Create and maintain complex solutions that address the analytical needs of various groups. - Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, application development, and system testing. - Coordinate implementation and training for new programs and systems. - Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions. - Maintain documentation for work processes and procedures. - Provide backup support for projects as needed. - Peer review and approve final code before deployment. - Coach and train team members on software applications. - Develop unit testing for applications. - Ensure software meets quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements. - Communicate concepts and guidelines effectively to the development team. Additional Responsibilities: - Act as a technical liaison to other departments and support Case/Client efforts. - Coordinate or lead technology projects with minimal supervision. - Design workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience. Minimum Experience Requirements: - 3-7 years of application development experience, including programming, data management, and interpretation. - 3-7 years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and implementation. - Proficiency in writing SQL queries and using Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming. - Experience in designing scalable, efficient solutions. - Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in test strategies, plans, and execution. - Experience with Microsoft Windows server infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong C# .NET programming skills. - Bonus: Experience in AI, ML, eDiscovery Space. - Bonus: Experience with Relativity/NUIX Platforms and Custom Application Development.,
