Architect Design

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the execution of architectural projects across various sectors. Your role will involve ensuring functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance at all design stages by coordinating between internal teams, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare design deliverables such as concepts, layouts, drawings, and details. - Coordinate with consultants to ensure integrated and clash-free design. - Lead the development and release of GFC drawings while clarifying site queries. - Participate in design review meetings and provide technical justifications. - Support project approvals through submission drawings. - Identify risks and propose value engineering options. - Guide junior architects and CAD technicians. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory. - Masters in Architecture, Urban Design, or Sustainable Design is preferred. Additional Details: With 37 years of experience in architectural design and detailing, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of conceptual and schematic drawings, construction methods, engineering knowledge, and regulatory compliance in design and execution. Your expertise in spatial planning, market analysis, material planning, and value engineering will be essential for the successful completion of projects.,
