Role & Responsibilities

Architect cum Interior Designer

• Conduct

  night-shift meetings

  with prospective clients to review their layouts, blueprints, and requirements.
• Suggest design concepts, 2D/3D layouts, and mood boards tailored to client preferences.
• Recommend Style N Homes products (furniture, wall panels, vanities, lighting, etc.) that align with the proposed design.
• Provide professional advice on space planning, material selection, aesthetics, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, product, execution) to ensure seamless project flow.
• Move from remote work to our

  Gurgaon office setup

  after the initial work-from-home phase.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of residential layouts, functional planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for

  client-facing discussions

• Ability to balance creativity with feasibility and costs.
• Comfortable working

  night shifts (to match U.S. timings)
