Role Overview: As an Architect at Concetto Design Co., you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve designing and delivering projects that meet high standards of design quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of architectural concepts and design solutions - Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and presentation materials - Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainability practices - Mentor junior architects and interns Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) - Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.
