Architect -civil

Responsibilities:

• Design Development:Assisting in the development of architectural designs, including concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Project Coordination:Collaborating with other team members (senior architects, designers, engineers) to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design specifications.
• Documentation:Preparing architectural plans, sections, elevations, 3D models, and presentation boards.
• Site Visits:Participating in site visits to assess progress, verify compliance with design, and address any issues that arise.
• Research and Innovation:Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials to contribute to innovative design solutions.
• Client Interaction:Communicating with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is typically required.
• Experience: Entry-level or with some experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in a relevant role.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant architectural software.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of architectural drafting, construction documentation, and design principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
