Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate should have strong technical and design skills, with expertise in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation renders. The role involves working on residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• Work with clients and consultants to translate design concepts into execution-ready plans.

• Coordinate site visits, surveys, and project documentation.

• Support senior architects with concept design and detailing.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion/Enscape/3DS Max).

• Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and local building codes.

• Strong visualization and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
