Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The role involves translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable designs while ensuring adherence to safety codes, budget, and timelines.

• Meet with clients to understand project needs, objectives, and budget.
• Develop design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations using CAD software.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Modify designs as necessary during construction phases.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
