Architect - Artificial Intelligence (AI)

As an AI Solutioning Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical solutioning and architecture of AI-driven projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring strategic alignment with business goals, technical soundness, and operational efficiency of all AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions addressing complex healthcare challenges in the Healthcare IT landscape. Additionally, you will define and implement the AI/ML strategy across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the technical solutioning process for AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards. - Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for AI solutions, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies. - Design end-to-end AI solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and technical experts to ensure successful project execution. - Develop comprehensive documentation of AI solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing. - Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools, with a focus on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams. - Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate proposed AI solutions. - Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations. - Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and related fields, identifying opportunities for innovation. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with a focus on AI and machine learning. - Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including various algorithms and models. - Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions in the Healthcare IT domain. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and drive AI initiatives. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA. - Experience with MLOps practices and tools. - Strong leadership skills to provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.,
