Key Responsibilities:

● Develop schematic and detailed architectural drawings and presentations.

● Collaborate with interior design, engineering, and site teams to deliver high-quality built environments.

● Translate client briefs into practical, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions.

● Ensure accuracy in design documentation and compliance with relevant standards.

● Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts in a collaborative studio environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)- mandatory.

● 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or design-build environments.

● Strong profi ciency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related 3D visualization tools.

● Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and design communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning and design innovation.
