About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 4–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in design development, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and should be well-versed in working on high-rise residential and gated community projects, preferably incorporating modern and trending technologies in design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare working drawings, GFC sets, and detailed construction plans based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Collaborate with project architects and cross-functional teams on day-to-day design coordination, execution, and documentation.
• Assist in project conceptualization, master planning, and architectural design aligned with client requirements and statutory norms.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project development.
• Ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and practical construction viability.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, sustainability standards, and digital architecture tools.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit Architecture (preferred for BIM coordination)
• SketchUp (for quick massing and 3D visualization)
• MS Office and Photoshop (added advantage)
• Understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and local development regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in high-rise residential or gated community developments.
• Exposure to innovative materials, green building concepts, and modern facade treatments.
• Experience with construction site coordination is a strong plus.
