Archery coach

TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment. We are looking for an experienced Archery teacher ,who can teach archery fundamentals, developing student skills through structured practice, organizing and overseeing competitions, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental archery skills, including proper form, technique, and the use of recurve and compound bows.
• Design and implement curricula and practice plans to improve student accuracy, consistency, and overall skill progression.
• Ensure all participants adhere to safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe environment during all archery activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among students.
• Organize and supervise archery events and competitions for school students.
• Provide encouragement and guidance, focusing on mental conditioning, focus, and resilience for young archers.
• Regularly communicate with students, parents, and school staff regarding progress, upcoming events, and other important matters.
• Maintain and ensure proper use of archery equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience coaching archery or a strong background in the sport.
• Coaching certifications from a recognized body l
• In-depth knowledge of archery equipment, training techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including organizing practices and events.
• The ability to work with and support students of varying skill levels and learning paces.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
