Job Description

Role Overview: As a Content Support Executive - Arabic at izmo Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting operations across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and the European region. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Ford distributors in the region to ensure that all digital platforms perform strongly and are aligned with lead generation and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Ford distributors in the Middle East and Morocco. - Manage and update seven separate distributor websites in Arabic and English, overseeing the French language version in collaboration with the French team. - Deliver against set monthly KPIs and ensure all websites are fully optimized for SEO and lead generation. - Develop new ideas and strategies for content and campaigns to maximize lead conversions for each distributor. - Coordinate banner creation, promotions, and content updates with the creative team as required. - Regularly audit website performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights on a monthly basis. - Create structured forward plans for each distributor, setting clear KPIs and targets for performance improvement. - Handle technical issues by liaising with internal product and technical teams. - Log all interactions and updates in the internal CRM system for transparency and reporting. - Complete a detailed monthly activity report against each distributor website. - Work closely with izmocars internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and proactive support to all Ford stakeholders. - Proactively reach out to stakeholders and clients to identify business requirements, build strategies, and ensure seamless operations. Qualification Required: - Native-level Arabic proficiency (written and spoken). - Fluent, business-level English communication skills. - 2-4 years of previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred. - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. - Organized and structured approach with attention to detail. - Ability to effectively manage multiple websites and priorities. - Strong creative mindset combined with data-driven decision-making. - Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Quick learner, able to rapidly adopt new tools and technologies. - Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.,
