Role Overview:
We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our growing support team at Infopark, Thrissur. The role is for one of our clients based in Kuwait, whose services span the Middle East. The selected candidate will assist customers across the region via call and chat support, ensuring timely responses and professional service in line with our client’s standards.
