Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for AR Follow-Up – Voice Process, located in Noida. The AR Follow-Up specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving accounts receivable discrepancies, communicating with insurance companies and patients to secure payment, and maintaining accurate records of collections and follow-up activities. Additionally, the specialist will handle invoicing and work collaboratively with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
