AR Executive - Night shift

CrystalVoxx Ltd, a KPO providing end to end service in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Credentialing, Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Virtual Assistance to doctors / providers in US Healthcare Industry.

Job Description:

• Location:- Ahmedabad
• Shift:- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Working Days:- Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review & verify the patient’s information against insurance company specifications through site
• Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
• Verify the credentials of health care professionals
• Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
• Resolve routine patient billing inquiries & problems; follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/CSR/RCM

Required Key skills:

• Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage
• Excellent in English Communication
• MS Office, Internet
• Interpersonal Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
