Shift timing - Monday to Friday 9 PM - 6 AM ( PST Night Shift)

Location - Dwarka , New Delhi

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Denial Analyst based in Dwarka. The AR Denial Analyst will handle revenue cycle management tasks, including reviewing billing processes, analyzing accounts receivable, and resolving claim denials. Key responsibilities include identifying trends affecting denied claims, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, collaborating with team members for process improvements, and maintaining clear and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Billing Processes and Invoicing tasks for efficient revenue cycle management
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing data and resolving denials effectively
• Knowledge of Finance-related concepts relevant to accounts receivable management
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in revenue cycle management or related role is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability and familiarity with RCM software
