Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree or Intermediate/ Equivalent
Experience:

3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in
US healthcare AR
(both PB and HB).
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers).

Mandatory Experience :

Experience using
NextGen

Paragon

Medisoft
) and clearinghouses.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and medical billing terminology.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, billing software, and payer web portals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
