Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller & Senior AR Caller located in the Mohali district. The AR Caller will handle day-to-day tasks such as contacting insurance companies and other parties to resolve unpaid claims, following up on pending claims, and documenting interactions in detail. The role also involves analyzing claims, understanding denial reasons, and working towards resolutions. Additionally, the Senior AR Caller will supervise junior AR callers, provide training, and ensure adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR calling in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using healthcare-related software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Supervisory experience for the Senior AR Caller role
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes and terminology is a plus
