Location

Shift Timings

AR Caller & Patient Calling (Appointment Scheduling)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform AR calling to follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
Resolve claim rejections, denials, and ensure timely payment posting.
Contact patients to confirm, schedule, or reschedule appointments.
Verify patient details and insurance information prior to scheduling.
Maintain accurate records in the system and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth claim resolution and scheduling.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
US Healthcare RCM and AR Calling process
.
Good experience in
denial management and claim follow-up
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English verbal & written).
Ability to handle
patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools and EHR systems (Epic, Athena, etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
