Subject Matter Expert (SME) AR Calling

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the go-to resource for AR Calling team members in resolving complex account issues.
Monitor denial trends and provide effective solutions to reduce recurring denials.
Conduct training sessions, refreshers, and knowledge-sharing for AR Callers.
Handle escalations from clients, payers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, payer policies, and company SOPs.
Prepare and share AR performance reports with management.
Work closely with operations leadership to improve team productivity and quality.

Key Skills:

Minimum
4+ years
of experience in
AR Calling
Experience in US Healthcare
RCM mandatory
In-depth knowledge of
AR Calling, Denial Management, and Claims Resolution
Hands-on experience in
Physician Billing & Hospital Billing
Expertise in
Benefits Verification, Credit Balance, and Patient Calling
Familiarity with RCM platforms like
Epic, Athena, Vital Axis, Atlas, MD4
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to mentor and train AR Callers
Analytical mindset to interpret AR metrics (
Days in AR, FPRR, Denial Rate, etc.
)
