Job Description

AR Caller Denial Management (HB & PB Process)|| US HealthCare|| Immediate Joiners||

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller)

Job Location:

Hyderabad | Chennai | Mumbai | Bangalore | Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US) to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
Analyze denials and work on correcting and resubmitting claims.
Follow up on outstanding AR claims and ensure timely resolution.
Update claim status, document actions, and maintain accurate AR reports.
Collaborate with the team to reduce AR days and improve cash flow.
Adhere to quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
Minimum
1 year
in AR Calling Denial Management (HB or PB).
Process Knowledge:
US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Communication:
Excellent verbal & written English skills (mandatory).
Shift:
Night Shift (US Process).

Qualification:

Any
Graduate in any discipline
.
