:

E&M OP/IP Team Lead (TL)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of E&M OP/IP coders to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to maintain accuracy standards.
Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members.
Ensure compliance with client-specific coding guidelines and industry regulations.
Collaborate with QA and process management teams to drive performance improvements.
Handle escalations and deliver error-free coding within TAT.

Requirements:

Minimum
5+ years of total experience
in E&M OP/IP coding.
At least
6 months to 1 year of on-paper QA experience
is mandatory.
Must be a
Certified Medical Coder (CPC or equivalent certification).
Graduation
is mandatory (no diploma profiles).
Should have
proper relieving and experience documents
from previous employers.
Stability
in career history is highly valued.
Notice Period:
Up to 2 months acceptable.
