1. Experience as an AR Caller in Denial Management.
2. Good understanding of denial reasons (CO, OA, PR codes) and appeal processes.3. Familiarity with healthcare insurance terminology, CPT/ICD coding basics.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).6. Proficiency in working with RCM software/tools like EPIC, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.7. Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.8. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
