Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer, located in Chennai. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering aptitude training programs for students preparing for various defense exams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting classes, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and developing individualized training plans. The trainer will also collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall training program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials
• Strong assessment and feedback skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Knowledge of defense exams and preparation strategies is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
