Aptitude Trainer Mathematics

You will be responsible for delivering curriculum that covers topics including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, higher mathematics, and applied problem-solving. Additionally, you will mentor students on problem-solving techniques for tech roles and higher education preparation. Your role will also involve developing content such as mock tests, concept modules, and interactive assignments. To enhance teaching methods, you will be expected to utilize digital tools, gamified content, and interactive assessments. Evaluation of student performance through tests, analysis, and feedback provision will be part of your duties. Engaging with the community through hosting aptitude workshops, competitions, and preparation sessions is also essential. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. It is crucial to possess a strong command over aptitude and logical reasoning topics, along with experience in teaching aptitude/quantitative reasoning in academic or test-prep settings. Effective communication skills and a problem-solving approach are key requirements. Prior experience with aptitude training for exams like GATE, CAT, or placement preparation, as well as experience in designing or evaluating quantitative aptitude assessments for competitive exams or campus placements, are preferred qualifications.
