Job Title: Aptitude & Technical Trainer Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and skilled Aptitude and Technical Trainers to join our training team in Dindigul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions on aptitude, problem-solving, and technical subjects, helping students enhance their analytical and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students and professionals. Prepare training materials and practice exercises. Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Support participants in solving aptitude problems and technical queries. Collaborate with team members to improve training methods. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of aptitude topics and technical subjects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in training or teaching is preferred.
