Aptitude trainer for college

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for college students. This will involve traveling to different college campuses for regular classes, workshops, and placement training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability - Travel to various college campuses for classes, workshops, and training sessions - Provide coaching for placement/competitive exams - Manage the classroom effectively - Utilize strong communication skills to engage with students - Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning experience - Use online teaching tools effectively (if familiar) - Work both full-time or part-time as per the requirement Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's degree; preference for backgrounds in Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields - Proven experience in aptitude training or coaching for placement/competitive exams - Strong communication skills - Classroom management skills - Ability to travel to various college campuses (own transport preferred) - Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus Additional Details: The job types available are full-time or part-time with an expected workload of 10 hours per week.
