Apps Dev Technical Specialist

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior role focused on implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The primary goal is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions to achieve objectives and recognize necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements - Resolve high-impact problems/projects through thorough evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Offer expertise in the field and advanced knowledge of applications programming while ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced system flow knowledge to establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different business areas, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business objectives - Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions for defining issues through interpretive thinking - Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, assigning work as needed - Assess risk appropriately in business decision-making, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, as well as applying ethical judgment in personal and business practices Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and software applications programming - Experience in successfully managing and implementing projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adapt priorities quickly based on circumstances - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Consistently exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Master's degree preferred This job description offers a comprehensive overview of the work performed.
