The selected trainees will be deputed as shopfloor technicians in precision electronics assembly, where they gain direct product experience via various operations function guided and coached by Technical Supervisors and Managers. Their training will require them to:
> Learn and accurately follow SOPs while operating machines and handling components. > Adhere to the safety and quality requirements of the shopfloor. > Work in shifts (including night shifts) as per operations requirement.
