Apprentice Trainee

Role Overview: You will join the dynamic team of Motorola Solutions as a Sales Intern. This role is perfect for recent graduates from engineering or MBA programs who are eager to gain practical experience in sales. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the Sales Head on various sales assignments, both internally and externally, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Head in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Help manage and update customer databases and CRM systems (knowledge of Salesforce will be an added advantage). - Coordinate, schedule, and conduct meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects. - Support in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and customer visits. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and proposals. Qualifications: - Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or an MBA. - Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in this field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
