Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
Support in mise-en-place for different shifts and menu cycles.
Learn and follow standard recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating techniques.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
Assist in receiving, sorting, labeling, and storing raw materials and supplies.
Ensure timely support during service hours in coordination with chefs.

Learning and Skill Development
Coordination with Team Members for Smooth Operations
Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass or equivalent.
Certification or coursework in Culinary Arts or Food Production is an added advantage.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a kitchen/food production environment.
Internship experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
