Apprentice Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Junior Engineer, you will be at the beginning of your engineering career. Your role will involve specific tasks with support from other engineers to deliver high-quality software products. You will have the opportunity to build your domain knowledge and contribute to the department strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Implement software development processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products - Aim for individual engineering excellence by using analysis tools, control gates, and peer reviews to improve design, productivity, and quality - Evaluate emerging technologies and methods to enable competitive differentiation and adoption within your squad as required - Contribute towards optimization of the engineering lifecycle through systematic knowledge management and continuous learning processes - Participate in reviews to drive higher engineering productivity and quality - Escalate, document, and manage issues related to product design to ensure delivery goals are met Qualifications Required: - Any technical graduation in engineering or computer science - Preferred post-graduation in advanced computer science subjects and an MBA in Systems - Understanding of engineering development in a Product SaaS organization Additional Details: The company focuses on Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, efficiency improvement, configuration management, and release readiness.
