Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Operations team at STARTEK. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in planning and executing operational tasks to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall performance.

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
