Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprentice at Ipca Laboratories Limited, located in Dhar. The Apprentice will be responsible for assisting in various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Daily tasks include working under the supervision of experienced professionals, learning and applying pharmaceutical production techniques, and participating in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or relevant certification is a plus
